Prices and additional fees
Prosefly offers Personal, Team, and Business plans, priced per organization. See the Pricing page for plan prices and allowances. Current regional prices, currency, and billing options are available in Organization settings → Billing in the application.
The amount payable, including any applicable consumption tax and other charges, is displayed before you confirm your purchase. Review the final checkout total and service period before paying. Recurring plans are billed monthly or annually; prepaid purchases cover the period shown at checkout.
Prosefly is an online service, so there are no shipping charges. You are responsible for your internet connection and any fees charged separately by your bank, card issuer, or other providers, including currency conversion fees.
Payment methods and timing
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Available methods are displayed at checkout and depend on your currency and eligibility. They may include credit or debit cards; eligible prepaid purchases may also offer Alipay or WeChat Pay. Only the methods displayed for your purchase are available.
The first payment is due when you purchase a paid plan. Card or wallet authorization is requested when you confirm payment; your bank or provider determines when the charge appears on your statement. Recurring subscriptions are charged again at the selected billing interval until cancelled. Prepaid purchases do not automatically renew unless expressly stated at checkout.
Service delivery
Paid access is activated after successful payment is confirmed. Payment verification or synchronization may take additional time; a pending or unsuccessful payment does not activate paid access. There is no physical shipment.
Eligible new accounts can start a one-calendar-month Personal trial when creating their first organization. No card is required, and the trial does not automatically charge you.
Cancellation and refunds
You can stop future subscription renewal in Organization settings → Billing. Cancellation alone does not request a refund. Prepaid access lasts for the purchased period, subject to our Terms of Service.
Customer-requested refunds: You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your organization’s first successful paid purchase, including annual purchases. If a recurring subscription renews unintentionally, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the renewal charge. Other requests are reviewed individually.
Incorrect charges or service problems: Contact us about duplicate or incorrect charges, payment errors, or a service that does not perform as agreed. We will investigate, refund confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges, and provide any refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights take priority.
To request a refund, email hi@hsiaoming.com with the account email, organization, invoice or payment reference, and reason. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. The time for funds to arrive depends on your payment provider and bank. Read the Refund Policy for the full conditions and process.
Operating environment
Prosefly requires an internet connection and a current browser. Connecting and publishing repository content requires a GitHub account with suitable repository permissions. Supported editing and navigation depend on your website’s framework and content configuration. Your website’s build and hosting remain separate from Prosefly.
