Monthly audio/video transfer About monthly audio/video transferAn estimate of audio and video delivered to listeners and viewers during a UTC calendar month. It covers playback and downloads, not stored files or images. Usage is estimated from transfer starts × file size, so partial playback and reporting delays can affect it. This is a soft allowance. Going over it triggers a reminder; media delivery continues and there is no overage charge. |
Owners, admins, and editors count as editing seats. Read-only members and billing administrators do not.
Storage and transfer use decimal GB and TB. Monthly transfer applies to audio/video.

How billing worksPlan questions
Why isn't there a free plan?
A collaborative workspace, repository synchronization, and hosted media need ongoing operation and maintenance. Paid plans support that work and continued product improvements. The Personal trial gives you time to try the full workflow before paying.
How does the Personal trial work?
Eligible new accounts receive one calendar-month Personal trial when creating their first organization. No card is required, and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Creating another organization does not start a new trial.
Are prices per person or per organization?
Prices are per organization, with the editing seats shown in each plan included. Owners, admins, and editors use editing seats; read-only members and billing administrators do not. Pending invitations for editing roles reserve seats until accepted or expired.
Where do I subscribe?
Create or open an organization in the app, then visit Organization settings → Billing. You can review current regional prices, currencies, and payment options before checkout.
Can I change plans later?
For a recurring subscription, manage the available plan changes in Organization settings → Billing. Review the timing and any charge or credit shown before confirming. Prepaid annual purchases keep their selected plan for the purchased term.
What happens if I reach a plan limit?
At capacity, adding editing seats, repositories, active Spaces, or stored files may be blocked until you free capacity or change plans. Existing content is retained. Monthly audio/video transfer is a soft allowance: going over it triggers a reminder, without stopping delivery or adding an overage charge.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Cancel future subscription renewal in Organization settings → Billing; cancellation alone does not request a refund. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your organization's first paid purchase, or within 7 days of an accidental renewal. What happens when my trial or paid access ends?
Your workspace becomes read-only. You can still read content, export Markdown, and discard drafts; editing, publishing, and adding resources require active paid access. Files already published to your Git repository remain there.
