Your organization

Organizations and billing

Manage members, capacity, and subscriptions for each organization.

Organization settings

An organization is the shared home for its repositories, Spaces, media, and members. Owners and admins manage its settings and memberships. The organization slug is immutable and stays reserved after deletion.

Editing seats

Owners, admins, and editors use editing seats. Read-only members and billing administrators do not. Invitations for editing roles can reserve seats before acceptance. Review both active members and pending invitations when capacity is full.

Plans and trials

The plans are Personal, Team, and Business. An eligible account receives one calendar-month Personal trial when creating its first organization; deleting that organization does not grant another trial. There is no permanent Free plan.

Compare capacity on the website. In Organization settings → Billing, review current regional amounts, currencies, billing intervals, and available purchase options before checkout. The app’s catalog is authoritative for prices.

Usage and subscription management

Billing shows editing seats, connected repositories, active Spaces, image storage, audio/video storage, and monthly audio/video transfer. Storage and transfer use decimal GB and TB.

Manage an ongoing subscription using the options shown in Billing. Plan changes may leave resources above a new limit. The app shows overages and restricts additions rather than treating existing data as newly available capacity.

When access expires

An expired trial or subscription still allows reading content, Markdown export, and draft discard. Editing, publication, and resource additions need active entitlement. Your already-published repository files remain in Git.

Retain your own repository and media backups. Subscription expiration is not a backup policy.
