Your workspace
Team collaboration
Work on shared documents with roles and visible activity.
Invite your team
Owners and admins manage invitations and memberships in the organization’s settings. Invite each person with the role that matches their work.
| Role | Main responsibilities |
|---|---|
| Owner | Organization ownership, settings, members, and billing |
| Admin | Organization administration and content work |
| Editor | Content editing, publication, and media management |
| Member | Read-only access |
Owners, admins, and editors count as editing seats. Read-only members do not. An invitation can reserve an editing seat before it is accepted.
Edit the same document
Collaborators share the document and its properties. Watch the save and connection status when several people are editing. If your connection drops, check the recovery state after reconnecting before making further changes.
Source editing has a local editing and recovery flow. Resolve local source changes against the current shared document rather than assuming a stale local copy is the latest version.
Review together
Draft saving is separate from Git publication. Agree on the content, inspect the publication diff, and publish a commit or pull request. Pull requests let your team keep its GitHub review process.
Follow activity
Organization Activity shows recorded content, media, membership, repository, and related workspace changes. Use its filters and event details to understand who performed an action. Activity is not a replacement for Git’s full file history.
Read the publishing guide for review and conflict behavior.
